Founder & Lead Injector

Kristin is a board-certified physician assistant, entrepreneur, and visionary in aesthetic medicine — the founder and driving force behind Aiken Medical Aesthetics, a practice rooted in excellence, integrity, and unwavering patient care.

Her passion began early: a cosmetology license in 2008, undergraduate studies in biology, then a Master of Science in Physician Assistant from Augusta University in 2015, graduating in the top 10% of her class. Clinical experience across emergency medicine, dermatology, and plastic surgery shaped an approach that blends science, precision, and artistry into natural, transformative results.

A believer in lifelong learning, Kristin dedicates hundreds of hours each year to advanced aesthetic training — and now mentors and trains the next generation of injectors, creating the welcoming, supportive learning environment she wished existed when she started.

Beyond the treatment room, her greatest joy is her three beautiful children. In everything, she lives the values her practice was built on: dedication, authenticity, and excellence.

Brenna Gibson, MS, FNP-C, CANS

Nurse Practitioner & Aesthetic Injector

Brenna's journey in medical aesthetics began in 2011 as an RN in a plastic surgery office, and she has been perfecting her craft as an injector since 2018 — blending advanced medical knowledge with an artistic touch for natural, rejuvenating results.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Georgia in 2017 and holds dual credentials as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist — a trusted authority in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. For the past four years she has also trained and mentored fellow injectors at beginner and advanced levels.

A Colorado native whose life as a nurse and military spouse carried her from Georgia to Kansas to Alaska before settling in Aiken, Brenna believes confidence is the ultimate beauty secret — and you'll feel her commitment to it from your very first consultation.

Dr. Britta Martin, MD

Physician

Dr. Martin earned a dual B.S. in Biology and Forensic Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude from Augusta University, before attending the Medical College of Georgia and completing her emergency medicine residency at Augusta University Medical Center. She is a board-certified emergency medicine physician.

She joined Aiken Medical Aesthetics in early 2024 to pursue her passion for aesthetics and wellness, specializing in aesthetic injectables and medical weight loss — where helping patients regain their health has proven deeply rewarding.

Her patients describe her as warm, knowledgeable, confident, and steady-handed. Outside the clinic, she loves traveling with friends and tending an ever-growing garden.

Tiffany Bickel, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Tiffany is a Registered Nurse with decades of experience and a distinguished background in Women's Health, Labor & Delivery, and Maternal-Child Health — a foundation of clinical excellence that led her naturally into aesthetic medicine.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami before serving in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, caring for diverse patient populations around the world. Extensively trained in injectables, advanced skin treatments, and laser technologies, she also plays an integral role in our Health & Wellness services.

Known for her calm, reassuring presence and gentle touch, Tiffany puts patients at ease through thoughtful education and genuine connection. Outside the clinic she enjoys traveling, hiking, concerts, and time with family.

Georgia Brady, MSN, WHNP

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Georgia is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with a lifelong passion for helping others feel confident, empowered, and supported in their own skin. A South Carolina native, she brings deep connection and genuine compassion to every patient.

Her career in women's health — caring for patients through every stage of life — shaped a holistic, patient-centered approach that made aesthetics a natural evolution. She is highly trained in injectables, advanced laser treatments, and sexual health and wellness services, including the diVa vaginal rejuvenation laser.

Patients know her for creating a comfortable, supportive environment where they feel heard and educated. Away from the clinic, she's happiest outdoors — hiking, kayaking, or relaxing by the lake with her beloved fur babies.

Alexis Tyler

Licensed Esthetician

An Aiken native with over three years of experience, Alexis is known for a results-driven yet nurturing approach to skin health. She specializes in corrective and rejuvenating treatments — DiamondGlow®, dermaplaning, and custom facials that blend clinical efficacy with pure relaxation — plus advanced techniques like lymphatic sculpting, chemical peels, and microneedling.

She also offers precision brow and lash services, creating natural enhancements that complement each client's features, and takes an educational approach to every visit — guiding clients toward sustainable homecare and the “why” behind their skin.

Outside the treatment room, Alexis loves family time, cozy movie nights, and hosting game-day gatherings for college football.

Keyanna Farken

Practice Manager

Originally from Maine, Keyanna moved to Aiken in 2015 and began planting her roots. Her diverse professional background and love of all things beauty led her to Aiken Medical Aesthetics, where she plays the instrumental role of building and shaping the team and cultivating a well-functioning, mission-driven practice.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her three dogs — Lyla, Paisley & Kaiser — and trains and competes as an equestrian. An avid lover of animals and nature, she's equally happy at the barn, the lake, or curled up with a good book and her sweet fur babies.

Cari Gracey

Spa Coordinator

A welcoming face and passionate advocate for holistic health, Cari is dedicated to making every visit a beautiful experience. A proud Aiken native, she graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and her fascination with medical aesthetics has flourished ever since.

In her free time Cari is all about adventure — backpacking with her husband, exploring with her two daughters, getting lost in a book, or cruising with the Jeep top down.
