Most activities can resume immediately. Skin appears slightly tan with a glow right after treatment, with peak peeling on days 3–5. Avoid sweating until peeling begins, skip direct sun for seven days, and wear SPF 50.
Four hours after treatment. Application gets tricky during peak peeling on days 3–5, and you can comfortably return to full makeup by days 6–7.
For optimal results, a series of three VI Peels spaced appropriately, with neurotoxin effects lasting roughly 3–6 months. Your provider will build the exact cadence around your skin.
Those who are pregnant or nursing, within six months of chemotherapy or Accutane, allergic to phenol or aspirin, or managing certain autoimmune conditions should discuss alternatives with their provider.
